Order I, Rule 6.
Joinder of parties liable on same contract:
The plaintiff may, at his option, join as parties to the same suit all or any of the persons severally, or jointly and severally, liable on any one contract, including parties to bills of exchange, hundis and promissory notes.

একই চুক্তি মোতাবেক দায়ী ব্যক্তিগণকে পক্ষ হিসাবে সামিলকরণঃ
বাদী তার ইচ্ছা মোতাবেক কোন একটি চুক্তির উপর পৃথকভাবে, কিংবা যুক্ত এবং পৃথকভাবে দায়ী বিনিময়পত্র হুন্ডি এবং প্রত্যয়নপত্রের পক্ষগণসহ সকল কিংবা কোন লোককে একই মোকদ্দমার পক্ষ হিসেবে সামিল করতে পারে।
