Order II, Rule 1.
Frame of suit:
Every suit shall as far as practicable be framed so as to afford ground for final decision upon the subjects in dispute and to prevent further litigation concerning them.

আদেশ ২, নিয়ম ১।
মোকদ্দমা গঠনঃ
কোন মোকদ্দমার গঠন এমনভাবে কার্যকর করতে হবে, যাতে বিরোধভুক্ত বিষয়টি সম্পর্কে চূড়ান্ত সিদ্ধান্ত গ্রহণ করা সম্ভব হয় এবং উক্ত বিষয়কেন্দ্রিক কোন মোকদ্দমা ভবিষ্যতে যেন আর না হতে পারে।
