Order V, Rule 10.
Mode of service:
Service of the summons shall be made by delivering or tendering a copy thereof signed by the Judge or such officer as he appoints in this behalf, and sealed with the seal of the Court.

জারি পদ্ধতিঃ
বিচারক কর্তৃক স্বাক্ষর কিংবা উক্ত উদ্দেশ্যে বিচারক দ্বারা নিয়োগপ্রাপ্ত অনুরূপ কোন কর্মকর্তার স্বাক্ষর এবং আদালতে মোহরাঙ্কিত সমনের একটি নকল অর্পণ বা প্রদান করে জারি করতে হবে।
