Order V, Rule 11.
Service on several defendants:
Save as otherwise prescribed, where there are more defendants than one, service of the summons shall be made on each defendant.

বহুসংখ্যক বিবাদীর প্রতি সমন জারিঃ
অনুরূপ নির্দেশ যদি না থাকে তবে যেক্ষেত্রে বিবাদীর সংখ্যা একাধিক হয়, সেক্ষেত্রে বিবাদীগণের প্রত্যেকের উপর সমন জারি করতে হবে।
