Order V, Rule 21.
Service of summons where defendant resides within jurisdiction of another Court:
A summons may be sent by the Court by which it is issued either by one of its officers or by post or through courier service as mentioned in sub-rule (4) of rule 9 to any Court (not being the High Court Division) having jurisdiction in the place where the defendant resides.

আদেশ ৫, নিয়ম ২১।
অন্য আদালতের এখতিয়ারে বিবাদী বসবাস করলে সেক্ষেত্রে সমন জারিঃ
যে আদালত কর্তৃক সমন প্রদান করা হয় ঐ আদালত কর্তৃক তার কর্মকর্তাগণের একজনের মাধ্যমে বা ডাকযোগে বিবাদী যে জায়গায় বসবাস করে ঐ জায়গার এখতিয়ারভূক্ত কোন আদালতে (হাইকোর্ট বিভাগে নয়) সমন প্রেরণ করতে পারবে।
