Order V, Rule 31.
Service of summons when completed:
If the Court is satisfied that the summons has been served by any of the modes as is mentioned in this Order, it shall be deemed that the summons has been duly served.

আদেশ ৫, নিয়ম ৩১।
যখন সমন জারি সমাপ্ত হবেঃ
যদি আদালত এই মর্মে তুষ্ট হন যে, এই আদেশে বর্ণিত যে কোন পদ্ধতিতে সমন প্রেরণ করা হউক না কেন, সমনটি সঠিকভাবে জারি হয়েছে মর্মে গণ্য হবে।
