Order VI, Rule 10.
Malice, knowledge, etc.:
Wherever it is material to allege malice, fraudulent intention, knowledge or other condition of the mind of any person, it shall be sufficient to allege the same as a fact without setting out the circumstances from which the same is to be inferred.

বিদ্বেষ, জ্ঞান ইত্যাদিঃ
দুরভিসন্ধি, প্রতারণামূলক উদ্দেশ্য, অবগতি বা কোন লোকের মানসিক অন্য কোন অবস্থা সম্বন্ধে যেক্ষেত্রে অভিযোগ করা প্রয়োজন হয়, সেক্ষেত্রে অনুরূপ মানসিক অভিযোগ অবস্থার অস্তিত্ব সম্পর্কে অভিযোগ করলেই যথেষ্ট হবে; যে অবস্থায় অনুরূপ মানসিক অবস্থার অস্তিত্ব অনুমান করা যায় তা উল্লেখ করা নিষ্প্রয়োজন।
