Order VI, Rule 11.
Notice:
Wherever it is material to allege notice to any person of any fact, matter or thing, it shall be sufficient to allege such notice as a fact, unless the form or the precise terms of such notice, or the circumstances from which such notice is to be inferred, are material.

নোটিশঃ
যেক্ষেত্রে কোন লোকের কাছে কোন তথ্য, বিষয় বা জিনিসের নোটিশ সম্বন্ধে অভিযোগ করার প্রয়োজন হয়, সেক্ষেত্রে উত্তরূপ নোটিশকে তথ্য হিসেবে নিশ্চিত করলেই যথেষ্ট হবে, যদি না একই ধরনের নোটিশের ফরম বা নির্দিষ্ট শর্তগুলো কিংবা যে অবস্থা হতে উক্তরূপ নোটিশ অনুমান করা হয়, তা প্রয়োজনীয় হয়।
