Order VI, Rule 4.
Particulars to be given where necessary:
In all cases in which the party pleading relies on any misrepresentation, fraud, breach of trust, wilful default, or undue influence, and in all other cases in which particulars may be necessary beyond such as are exemplified in the forms aforesaid, particulars (with dates and items if necessary) shall be stated in the pleading.

প্রয়োজন বোধে বিশদ বর্ণনা দান করতে হবেঃ
যেক্ষেত্রে আরজি জবাবকারী কোন ভুল বিবরণ, প্রতারণা, বিশ্বাসভঙ্গ, স্বেচ্ছাকৃত খেলাপ, অযথা অন্যায় কিংবা অবাঞ্ছিত প্রভাবের উপর নির্ভর করে এবং অন্যান্য যে সকল ক্ষেত্রে উপরোক্ত ফরমসমূহে প্রদর্শিত বিবরণ ব্যতীত আরও বেশী বিবৃতি দেওয়ার প্রয়োজন পড়ে, সেই সকল ক্ষেত্রে (প্রয়োজনবোধে তারিখ ও দফা উল্লেখ করে) ওটার বিশদ বিবৃতি দিতে হবে।
