Order VI, Rule 5.
Further and better statement, or particulars:
A further and better statement of the nature of the claim or defence, or further and better particulars of any matter stated in any pleading, may in all cases be ordered, upon such terms, as to costs and otherwise, as may be just.

অতিরিক্ত ও শ্রেয়ঃতর বিবৃতি বা বিবরণঃ
সকল মোকদ্দমায় খরচ ও অন্যান্য বিষয়ে ন্যায়ানুগ শর্তানুযায়ী দাবী বা আত্মপক্ষ সমর্থন সম্বন্ধে অতিরিক্ত ও শ্রেয়ঃতর বিবৃতি বা বিবরণ প্রদানের কিংবা আরজি জবাবে বিধৃত কোন কিছু সম্বন্ধে অতিরিক্ত ও শ্রেয়তর বর্ণনা বা বিবরণ দানের জন্য সকল ক্ষেত্রে আদেশ প্রদান করা যেতে পারে।
