Order I, Rule 11.
Conduct of suit:
The Court may give the conduct of the suit to such person as it deems proper.

মোকদ্দমা পরিচালনাঃ
আদালত যাকে সঠিক বলে মনে করবে, মোকদ্দমা পরিচালনার দায়িত্ব তাকেই প্রদান করবে।
