Order I, Rule 1.
Who may be joined as plaintiffs:
All persons may be joined in one suit as plaintiffs in whom any right to relief in respect of or arising out of the same act or transaction or series of acts or transactions is alleged to exist, whether jointly, severally or in the alternative, where, if such persons brought separate suits, any common question of law or fact would arise.

আদেশ ১, নিয়ম ১।
কারা মোকদ্দমার বাদী হিসেবে শামিল হতে পারেঃ
একই কার্য বা বিষয় আদান-প্রদান বা একই শ্রেণীর কার্যাবলীর বা আদান-প্রদানসমূহের যার দরুন যারা একত্রে পৃথকভাবে বা একাদিক্রমে কোন প্রতিকার দাবী করতে পারে, এবং যেক্ষেত্রে উক্ত লোকেরা পৃথকভাবে মোকদ্দমা দায়ের করলে আইন বা তথ্য সংক্রান্ত একটি সাধারণ প্রশ্নের উদ্ভব হতে পারে, অনুরূপ সকলকে একই মোকদ্দমায় বাদী হিসেবে পক্ষভুক্ত করা যায়।
