The Code of Civil Procedure, 1908 । Order 3, Rule 6. Agent to accept service; Appointment to be in writing and to be filed in Court

Order III, Rule 6.
Agent to accept service:
(1) Besides the recognized agents described in rule (2) any person residing within the jurisdiction of the Court may be appointed an agent to accept service of process.
Appointment to be in writing and to be filed in Court:
(2) Such appointment may be special or general and shall be made by an instrument in writing signed by the principal, and such instrument or, if the appointment is general, a certified copy thereof shall be filed in Court.

আদেশ ৩, নিয়ম ৬।
প্রতিনিধি সমন গ্রহণ করবেঃ
(১) দ্বিতীয় উপ-বিধিতে বিধৃত স্বীকৃত প্রতিনিধি ব্যতীরেকেও আদালতের এখতিয়ারভূক্ত এলাকায় বাস করে, এমন ধরনের যে কোন ব্যক্তি পরোয়ানা গ্রহণের জন্য এজেন্ট নিযুক্ত হতে পারে।
নিয়োগ লিখিত হবে এবং আদালতে দাখিল করতে হবেঃ
(২) উক্তরূপ নিযুক্তি বিশেষ বা সাধারণ হতে পারে এবং লিখিত ও স্বাক্ষরিত নিয়োগপত্র কর্তৃক এই ধরনের প্রতিনিধি নিয়োগ করতে হবে এবং উক্ত নিয়োগপত্র বা নিযুক্তি যদি সাধারণ হয়, তবে নিয়োগপত্রের একটি সহিমোহরকৃত নকল আদালতে পেশ করতে হবে।
