Order V, Rule 19A.
Declaration of serving officer:
A declaration made and subscribed by serving officer shall be received as evidence of the facts as to the service or attempted service of summons.

জারিকারক কর্মকর্তার ঘোষণাঃ
জারিকারক কর্মকর্তা কর্তৃক যে ঘোষণা ও স্বাক্ষর প্রদান করবে তা সমন জারির প্রচেষ্টার বিষয়ে সাক্ষ্য হিসেবে নিশ্চিতভাবে গৃহীত হবে।
