Order VI, Rule 12.
Implied contract, or relation:
Whenever any contract or any relation between any persons is to be implied from a series of letters or conversations or otherwise from a number of circumstances, it shall be sufficient to allege such contract or relation as a fact, and to refer generally to such letters, conversations or circumstances without setting them out in detail. And if in such case the person so pleading desires to rely in the alternative upon more contracts or relations than one as to be implied from such circumstances, he may state the same in the alternative.

অন্তর্নিহিত চুক্তি, কিংবা সম্পর্কঃ
দুই জন লোকের মধ্যে পত্রালাপ, বাক্যালাপ বা অন্য কোন পরিস্থিতি হতে যখন তাদের মধ্যে কোন চুক্তি বা সম্পর্কের অস্তিত্ব অনুমান করতে হয়, তখন অনুরূপ চুক্তি বা সম্পর্কের অস্তিত্ব বিদ্যমান রয়েছে বলে অভিযোগ করলেই এবং উক্ত পত্রাবলী, বাক্যালাপ বা পরিস্থিতির উল্লেখ করলেই যথেষ্ট হবে, বিস্তারিতভাবে সেগুলি উদ্ধৃত করার কোন দরকার নাই। একই ক্ষেত্রে দরখাস্তকারী যদি উক্তরূপ পরিস্থিতিতে অনুমেয় একাধিক বিলুপ্ত চুক্তি বা সম্পর্ক অস্তিত্ব সম্পর্কে অভিযোগ করতে চায়, তবে বিকল্পভাবে আরজি জবাবে সেইগুলো বিবৃতি বা বর্ণনা করতে হবে।
