Order VI, Rule 8.
Denial of contract:
Where a contract is alleged in any pleading, a bare denial of the same by the opposite party shall be construed only as a denial in fact of the express contract alleged or of the matters of fact from which the same may be implied, and not as a denial of the legality or sufficiency in law of such contract.

চুক্তি অস্বীকৃতিঃ
যেক্ষেত্রে দরখাস্তে কোন চুক্তির বিষয় উল্লেখ থাকে, সেক্ষেত্রে বিপরীত পক্ষ শুধুমাত্র চুক্তিটির প্রতি অস্বীকার জ্ঞাপন করলে তদ্বারা শুধুমাত্র প্রকাশ্য চুক্তিটির ঘটনা কিংবা যে সকল ঘটনা হতে চুক্তিটি অনুমিত হতে পারে, তা অস্বীকার করা বুঝাবে; অনুরূপ চুক্তির আইনের বৈধতা বা পর্যাপ্ততাকে অস্বীকার করা বুঝাবে না।
